If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact the office to reschedule and/or cancel: Gold Coast (312) 981-1290 or Hinsdale (312) 778-5070. Our office requires 48 hours' notice in order to offer openings to waitlisted patients. If you do not provide proper notice, you will be charged a $200 cancellation/no-show fee. Cancellation fees are strictly enforced and are non-refundable.

Please be on time to your scheduled appointment. Your appointment will automatically be cancelled after a 15- minute grace period and you will be charged the $200 cancellation/no-show fee.

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover) and Apple Pay as methods of payment.

We also accept third-party financing through Care Credit. To apply for a Care Credit card, please visit www.carecredit.com. Please note that we only accept payments made by the primary account holder, not an “authorized user.” Patients remitting payment with a Care Credit card must also present two forms of ID and provide original signatures on all receipts. Further restrictions apply; please inquire within.

Disclaimer: you are not a candidate if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid anti-inflammatory and blood thinning medications 10 - 14 days prior to treatment. This includes medications such as: Aspirin, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, St. John's Wort, Omega 3/Fish Oil supplements, Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Aleve and other NSAIDS that have a blood thinning effect and can increase the risk of bruising and swelling after injections. Avoid consuming alcoholic beverages 48 hours prior to treatment as alcohol may thin the blood and increase the risk of bruising. Schedule your appointment at least 1 - 2 weeks prior to a special event, such as a wedding or a vacation to allow the product to take effect.

Do NOT manipulate the treated area for at least 4 hours following treatment. Do NOT receive facials, facial laser treatments or microdermabrasion after Botox injections for at least 10 days. Do NOT lie down for 4 hours after the injections. This will prevent the product from tracking into the orbit of your eye and will cause drooping of the eyelid. Do NOT workout for 24 hours. It can take approximately 7 - 14 days for results to be seen. If the desired result is not seen after 2 weeks of your treatment, you may need additional Botox.

Alcohol may thin the blood and increase the risk of bruising. Scheduling Fillers | schedule your filler appointment at least 2 weeks prior to a special event which you may be attending, such as a wedding or vacation. Reschedule If | reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance if you have a cold sore. Let me know if you are prone to cold sores so it can be treated beforehand. Don't Forget to Eat | eat a small meal or small snack before your appointment.

Treated areas may be red, swollen and bruised for up to 14 days. Avoid alcohol and exercising for 24 hours before/after injections. Avoid anti-inflammatories and other blood-thinning products (includes: Aspirin, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng, St. John's Wort, Omega 3/Fish Oil supplements, Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil, Aleve and other NSAIDS). Avoid sun exposure and tanning until swelling and redness subsides Avoid makeup for 24 hours after treatment. Arnica Montana helps to diminish bruising and swelling and promotes healing from within. You may start taking the tablets 2-3 days prior to receiving injections. You may also purchase Arnica Montana gel to apply topically over the desired area(s).
